Klow 80 mg Research Peptide Blend

What is Klow (KLOW 80)?

Klow, sold by PEPTYVA as KLOW 80, is a fixed blend of four peptides in one 80 mg vial: GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg and KPV 10 mg. It is supplied for laboratory research use only. This vial is not a medicine or a cosmetic, and it is not intended for use in people.

Klow holds the same three components as Glow in the same amounts, with KPV added. Each component is summarized separately below. No published study has evaluated the finished four-part blend, so no component's evidence can be read as evidence for Klow.

What is KPV, the component that sets Klow apart?

KPV is the tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val. It corresponds to amino acids 11 to 13, the C-terminal end, of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH), and it has been studied for anti-inflammatory signaling without the pigment effects of the full hormone.

In a 2008 study using two mouse models of colitis, KPV reduced inflammatory cell infiltrates and myeloperoxidase activity in the colon, and the effects appeared to be at least partly independent of the melanocortin-1 receptor. FDA states that it has not identified any human exposure data on drug products containing KPV, by any route.

What does research show for the other three components?

The remaining 70 mg matches the Glow blend. Each component has its own, limited literature.

• GHK-Cu (50 mg): the copper(II) complex of glycyl-histidyl-lysine, a tripeptide found in human plasma. Reviews by Pickart and colleagues describe cell, animal and cosmetic product research; FDA notes limited human safety data for injectable GHK-Cu.

• BPC-157 (10 mg): a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide studied mainly in rodent injury models. A 2026 orthopaedic review found human musculoskeletal data limited to one small uncontrolled case series.

• TB-500 (10 mg): FDA describes it as the thymosin beta-4 fragment LKKTETQ. The same review cautions that it is distinct from full-length thymosin beta-4, and FDA reports no identified human exposure data.

Has the Klow blend itself been studied?

No. We found no published or registered study of the four-component Klow blend (searches in October 2026). The nearest data come from a 2026 rat Achilles tendon study of BPC-157 and TB-500, alone and together, which reported no added effect from the pair over either peptide alone. That study tested neither GHK-Cu nor KPV, so it says nothing about the full blend.

How the four components behave together in one vial, including their stability, has not been described in the literature. This is the basis for evidence grade E: direct evidence for this exact blend is not available.

What is the regulatory status of Klow?

None of the four components is an FDA-approved drug. FDA's page on bulk drug substances that may present significant safety risks lists BPC-157, TB-500 (thymosin beta-4 fragment LKKTETQ), GHK-Cu for injectable routes and KPV among substances previously in category 2 whose compounding nominations were withdrawn. In Mexico, Klow is supplied only as research-use-only material, not as a registered medicine or a cosmetic.

Documentation

Each vial carries a PEPTYVA lot number. Ask for the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for your lot before you order; a COA typically lists identity testing, purity, appearance, lot number and dates. For a four-part blend, ask how the COA confirms each component.

Storage and handling

Keep the unopened vial sealed in its original packaging, away from light, heat and moisture, and store it as stated on the PEPTYVA label ([STORAGE TEMPERATURE: CONFIRM WITH PEPTYVA]). Check the label and lot number when the package arrives.
