  • Direct Bank Transfer (SPEI): Select this option during checkout to receive official CLABE bank account details. Please submit your payment receipt along with your order number to initiate processing.

Tax Invoicing (CFDI)

  • Valid tax invoices are issued upon request for individuals or corporate entities.
  • Provide your tax details (RFC, Tax Name, Tax Regime, and Postal Code) at checkout or contact support within the calendar month of your order.

We ship across the entirety of Mexico using courier carriers (such as FedEx, DHL, or Estafeta).

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders confirmed and paid before 12:00 PM (Central Mexico Time) are processed and prepared for dispatch on the same business day.
  • Transit Time: Standard delivery estimated timeline is 2 to 4 business days, depending on the destination address.

Compound Stability & Cold Chain

  • All products are provided as high-purity lyophilized powders, ensuring exceptional thermal resistance during ground or air transit.

3. Package Receipt and Storage

  • Buyer Responsibility: Upon arrival, the customer or laboratory staff must inspect and transfer the lyophilized vials to appropriate cold storage without delay:

    • Refrigeration (2°C to 8°C): Short-term work.
    • Freezing (-20°C): Long-term storage.
