Glow 70 mg Research Peptide Blend

What is Glow (GLOW 70)?

Glow, sold by PEPTYVA as GLOW 70, is a fixed blend of three peptides in one 70 mg vial: GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg. It is supplied for laboratory research use only. This vial is not a medicine or a cosmetic, and it is not intended for use in people.

Each component has its own, separate literature, summarized below. No published study has evaluated this finished blend, so evidence for any single component is not evidence for Glow. On their own product pages, GHK-Cu carries grade C, and BPC-157 and TB-500 carry grade D. Those grades do not carry over to a mixture, so the blend is graded E.

What does research show for GHK-Cu?

GHK-Cu, the largest component by weight, is the copper(II) complex of the tripeptide glycyl-histidyl-lysine. GHK occurs naturally in human plasma. A 2015 review by Pickart and colleagues describes cell culture, animal wound and cosmetic product research on it. Human data come mainly from small studies of topical skin products, and FDA notes limited human data to inform the safety of injectable GHK-Cu. Topical findings do not transfer to other forms or routes.

What does research show for BPC-157?

BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide studied mostly in rodent injury models and cell cultures. A 2026 systematic review found only three human studies, with 30 participants in total, all of poor methodological quality, and rated the certainty of the evidence as very low. Effects in people are not established.

What does research show for TB-500?

FDA describes TB-500 as the thymosin beta-4 fragment LKKTETQ, and PEPTYVA describes it as a synthetic fragment related to that region. A 2026 orthopaedic review states that TB-500 is a distinct seven-amino-acid fragment that is often confused with full-length thymosin beta-4, without validated equivalence between the two. FDA reports no identified human exposure data for drug products containing the fragment.

Has the Glow blend itself been studied?

No. We found no published study and no registered study of this three-component blend (searches in October 2026). The closest data come from a 2026 rat Achilles tendon study that tested BPC-157, TB-500 and the two together. It reported no added effect from the pair compared with either peptide alone, and it did not include GHK-Cu. A two-peptide rat study cannot stand in for a three-peptide vial.

No published data describe how the three components interact in one vial or how stable they are together. Grade E means exactly this: direct evidence for this exact blend is not available.

What is the regulatory status of Glow?

Neither the blend nor any of its components is an FDA-approved drug. FDA's page on bulk drug substances that may present significant safety risks lists BPC-157, TB-500 (thymosin beta-4 fragment LKKTETQ) and GHK-Cu for injectable routes among substances previously in category 2 whose compounding nominations were withdrawn. In Mexico, Glow is supplied only as research-use-only material, not as a registered medicine or a cosmetic.

Documentation

Each vial carries a PEPTYVA lot number. Ask for the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for your lot before you order; a COA typically lists identity testing, purity, appearance, lot number and dates. For a blend, ask how the COA confirms each of the three components.

Storage and handling

Keep the unopened vial sealed in its original packaging, away from light, heat and moisture, and store it as stated on the PEPTYVA label ([STORAGE TEMPERATURE: CONFIRM WITH PEPTYVA]). Check the label and lot number when the package arrives.
